Welcome to The Rotary Club of Des Moines

The Rotary Club of Des Moines was founded in 1911 and is Des Moines’ oldest and one of the largest Rotary Clubs in Iowa. The Rotary Club of Des Moines is part of Rotary International, a not-for-profit worldwide organization that proves every day that it’s one of the most influential humanitarian service organizations. The mission of Rotary is to provide service to others, to promote high ethical standards and to advance world understanding, goodwill and peace through its fellowship of business, professional and community leaders.

For more information about The Rotary Club of Des Moines, contact Kitte Morehouse, Executive Director, 515.244.6028 or email info@rotaryclubofdesmoines.org.

You're Invited to Join Us!

Becoming part of Rotary is a fantastic way to network with other business and community professionals while at the same time serving your community by putting service above self. If you are interested in becoming a member of The Rotary Club of Des Moines, please contact the Rotary Office.

Arrangements will be made for you to be our guest at lunch. After visiting the club, if you’d like to continue the application process, a current Rotarian will submit a “Membership Proposal Form” to the Board of Directors proposing you for membership to The Rotary Club of Des Moines. The Rotarian who begins this process becomes your “Sponsor.” Click the Join tab for more information.
